As I am sure someone must have told you somewhere-asking for clicks is against the TOS of ALL ad agencies.
What you have on your portal page is visible to any advertiser wishing to see where his traffic comes from.
the first time they see this page you will be banned.
Make a real portal page-which is an advertisement for your product-which in this case is your website-which is also a violation of Google's TOS-I highly recommend you put some articles or something on it-they hate sites with no purpose-and will ban you the first time the review your site.
Which will be soon as I see by your counter you are also not getting any traffic that would justify any clicks or searches.
If you can't bring yourself to use auto exchanges or make a website with real content that might get some SE traffic,then you could join a Good SafeList and set your site as the hotpoint site.
